Alyson Stack and Douglass Albano Wed

Douglass Albano and Alyson Stack celebrate their nuptials.

On May 24, Alyson Nicole Stack and Douglass Neil Albano were married at the Armstrong Manor in Pasadena, CA. The reformed Jewish wedding ceremony was held in a beautiful rustic-chic-themed setting in front of nearly 200 of their closest family and friends.

Aly is a native “Topanga Kid” born and raised on Entrada Road. She studied Spanish and Journalism, eventually earning a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and becoming a licensed practitioner. She recently achieved seven years of sobriety and enjoys working with individuals struggling with addiction, eating disorders and relationship issues. She loves spending her free time pampering herself by decorating her home or getting a relaxing massage. She thrives on being of service to others, including sharing her story that led her to sobriety.

Doug was born and raised in Chicago. He is a former Wall Street trader but moved to California to establish a healthier life and met Alyson. An avid hockey player and golfer, Doug enjoys California’s pristine and abundant golf courses. A true Chicagoan at heart, Doug is a loyal Blackhawks and White Sox fan. He is a caring and loving uncle to his sister's three boys, Jack, Brent and Billy. Their inspiration is what has led to his success. Aly and Doug met four years ago during a transformational period in both of their lives. They have been sharing the journey of life together ever since. They have a Bichon Frisé, Stella, who they love to take hiking. Together they are active within their social circle and community. They enjoy good food, the beach, sports, laughter and friends. Aly and Doug look forward to a long, loving and healthy life together.
