Topanga Canyon. She loved the Canyon lifestyle, riding horses at Johnny Nordine's Ranch, now Mill Creek Equestrian Center, and was a member of Topanga Corral ETI 51.

After raising a family she worked as an accountant at Topanga Creek General Store and later as an office manager in the medical profession. She cherished the friends she met in the Canyon and kept in touch with them throughout the years.

Bonnie married Kenny Fernandez in 1983. They moved to the Colorado River near the Palo Verde Valley where she enjoyed flying, water activities and friends. They later moved to Carbondale, CO, where many friends from Topanga had also moved. They briefly lived in Paradise Valley, AZ, and finally El Cajon CA, where she and Kenny settled. After Kenny passed away she enjoyed Friday evenings dancing with friends and playing Bunco with the ladies. She embraced each new day with a smile and only looked at the good in people. She is survived by her children, Gino and Gina Picciolo; grandchildren Morgan Picciolo, Vincent Picciolo, Sharley Markovich and Shawna Markovich; and great-granddaughter Kaydence Markovich
