Topanga Library Announces Green Living Series

The Topanga Library will be holding a Green Living Series of programming January 2013 through March 2013. The Green Living Series is a series of programs that focus on sustainable living, environmental action, and environmental awareness.

There will be activities for all age groups including art activities for children, and children’s workshops with the Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains on topics such as natural food production.

For adults the library will feature a hands-on smart-gardening workshop, an interactive workshop on aquaponics from the Catalina Ecology Project, and more!

The Green Living Series is made possible by the Friends of the Topanga Library, and Los Angeles County Library Foundation.
