Topanga Tim’s Survival Tips: Report Hazards to 911

While driving to the Valley the other day Greenleaf Gail came across a stalled car in the northbound lane. She pulled over and called 911 to alert the CHP, as any hazard to public safety should be reported. 
She was quick to give her cell phone number and exact location including the nearest cross street as her position wouldn’t show up on the dispatchers screen unless she called from a landline.
