Paint-Out at Palisades Park, Sunday, Nov. 4

In celebration of Will Rogers’ birthday, the Will Rogers Ranch Foundation and Allied Artists of the Santa Monica Mountains & Seashore will present an art exhibit on Nov. 4, of paintings of the local mountains and beaches that Will enjoyed and helped to preserve.

In addition to the exhibit, there will be festivities, among them an antique and vintage car exhibit and a Will Rogers impersonator. Visitors may also take a ranch house tour or hike the trails that offer panoramic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific.

The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., just outside the park Visitor’s Center next to the ranch house. Artists donate approximately 20 percent of sales to the Foundation.
