Nominations for TCC Board Close Oct. 11

The Topanga Community Club (TCC) will hold elections for the 2013 Board of Directors on Thursday, Nov. 8. Nominations are now open and will close at the TCC general meeting Oct. 11.

Board positions include President; VP Property Maintenance/Upgrade; VP Fundraising-Programs and Events; VP Community Outreach-Membership; Corresponding Secretary; Recording Secretary; and Treasurer.

Candidates for office shall be members in good standing whose dues have been paid as of the close of nominations at the October general membership meeting.

Candidates for office must have attended no fewer than two official business meetings between Jan. 1 and Oct. 11, 2012. Qualifying attendance includes board, general membership and committee meetings, but does not include Topanga Days or social events.

The committee will present the nominees at the Oct. 11 general membership meeting.
