Dr. James Isaacs, who grew up in Malibu, returns to the home where he was raised, to live and work.
Dr. James Isaacs has started offering a Low-Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic, on the first Saturday of every month, as of July 7, 2012. The location will be at the Malibu Feed Bin, 3931 S. Topanga Canyon Blvd., Malibu. Dr. Isaacs has been working with the City of Los Angeles, offering clinics all over the City for the past 16 years. Its a positive service for the community and has been a great success without a single negative incident.
The Low-Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic is helpful as far as reminding folks to vaccinate their pets, and making it convenient and affordable. It only takes 10 minutes to stop by with a dog or cat, get a quick vaccine, and take the paperwork as proof of vaccination. This is a great benefit in keeping the community free of common diseases, especially for the dogs that frequent dog parks or socialize more often.
Rabies vaccines are offered, which are required by the City in order to license a dog. Other vaccines offered for dogs are Parvo, Distemper, Corona, Bordetella, Lyme Disease, and Rattlesnake Vaccines. For cats the clinic will provide FVRCP and Feline Leukemia. The clinic will also offer tapeworm medication and micro-chipping. A doctor will be on hand to answer questions regarding which vaccines may be suggested for each pet.
Dr. James Isaacs, already an owner of two full service animal hospitals in the San Fernando Valley, is happy to be back in the home where he grew up, and his children are now being raised, to offer this great service to the community. For more information call (818) 783-7387.
