“Topanga Time” Management Workshop, July 25

One of the bonuses offered by the Topanga Chamber of Commerce is the monthly Hands-On Professional Development Workshop that is open to the public, as well as Chamber members.

The latest is “Topanga Time Management & Organization,” scheduled for Wednesday, July 25, with presenters Dianne Porchia of Porchia’s W.I.S.H. and personal organizer Ruth Lundi of Ruth Multitasks.

Together, they promise an entertaining evening with practical tips for getting organized and making the most of your limited time, especially if, like many of us, you operate on “Topanga time.”

Topics include:

• Making the most of peak production hours.

• Setting priorities to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.

• The secret to taming out-of-control paperwork.

• Miscellaneous tips from organizational experts.

• Plus, an “organizational makeover” of a fellow Chamber member’s business.

The event takes place at the Topanga Library Community Room beginning 6 p.m. to meet and mingle with disorganized folk and enjoy light refreshments. The program runs from 7-8:45 p.m., when there’s another 15 minutes to wrap up the evening’s networking opportunity.

The Topanga Library is located at 122 N. Topanga Canypn Blvd., Topanga CA. Admission is $5 for TCOC members; $10 for non-members who may want to take note of a special offer to join the Chamber at the workshop and get in free!
